Wow. Lately everything has been coming together for me. It's a little ridiculous actually. Ha! God has answered my prayer for who/what I should be giving money towards, he's been blessing me with some great new friends, and has just shown up in my every day life :)
Recently, I got another job at Dunn Bros coffee--which I love--that was an answer to prayer in itself! I was sitting at dunn bros with a friend, and I know the manager of the place, well she came over and asked if I still needed a job..which I was just talking to my friend about applying to a bunch of different places. Oh and ps--I applied at dunns about 2 years ago..lol. Anyways, I got the job within a few days :) God is in control, and he was just letting me know!
Also, I have been interested in non-profit organizations, and I've volunteered at a thrift store that a local ministry called P.A.C.T runs. Well I got on the ballet to be on the board of nine people, and they voted me on! So crazy, because one of my classes requires me to attend a board meeting, volunteer, and get to know the ins and outs of a non-profit.WOW! PLUS i didnt know any of that info until after I had already got voted on the board! CRAZY!! God is in control.
Lately, I have been praying/reading through the psalms, and God is speaking to me every time I read. Ive been told that reading the psalms is the best way to get to know who God is and what his heart is like. SO true! I've been learning time management, and boy does spending time with God seem so much more important to me than before. I know that its always been important, but I always pushed it off until "later". And now I almost schedule when my time with God is going to be, and I look forward to it :)
Life is so good right now!! God is so good!! I just wanted to update you all on my life over the past couple months :)
OH! and also, God provided me a free trip to arizona over spring break to visit my family :) SO STOKED! I am excited to have a break from the craziness of my every day life.
I am so joyful, and I pretty much cant stop smiling! :D
